Payment Description:
Payment received against Umrah Package Services as per the agreed quotation/booking. Booking and services are subject to applicable airline, hotel, visa, Saudi authority, and company terms & conditions.

Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation/refund will be subject to the actual deductions, supplier/airline/hotel/visa charges and applicable policies. Government fees and non-refundable services will not be refundable.

• Umrah Visa: Visa issuance is subject to the rules, approval and policies of the relevant Saudi authorities. Visa approval is not guaranteed by the travel agency.
• Flights: Airline schedules, timings, routes, baggage allowance and changes are subject to the airline's policies. Any airline cancellation, delay or schedule change will be handled according to the airline's applicable rules.
• Hotels: Hotel availability, check-in/check-out times and room allocation are subject to hotel policies. Any confirmed hotel will be provided as per the booking confirmation. Changes required due to circumstances beyond the agency's control will be handled according to applicable booking terms.
• Transport: Transportation is provided according to the booked package. Delays caused by traffic, weather, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the agency's control are not the agency's liability.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation/refund will be subject to the actual deductions, supplier/airline/hotel/visa charges and applicable policies. Government fees and non-refundable services will not be refundable.
• Price Changes: Government taxes, visa regulations, airline fares, hotel rates and Saudi authority charges may change. Any additional mandatory charges arising after booking shall be payable by the client where applicable.
• Client Conduct: Clients must comply with the laws and regulations of Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including immigration, visa, accommodation and religious-site regulations.
• Force Majeure: The agency shall not be liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including government decisions, visa restrictions, flight disruptions, natural disasters, epidemics, security situations or other force-majeure events.
• Personal Expenses: Food, laundry, room service, excess baggage, medical expenses, personal purchases and any services not specifically included in the package are the client's responsibility.
• Final Confirmation: The client's payment/booking confirmation shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the services stated in the final quotation/invoice.
